The Lenovo
Phab2 Plus smartphone,
which was unveiled at the company's Tech World event back in June
this year, will be launched in India next week - November 8 to be precise.
Media invites for the event have been sent and the company has also started
teasing the launch on Twitter.
The handset will be
launched as an Amazon exclusive in the country. There's, however, currently no
information on the price tag that it will carry - the phone was launched
carrying a $299 tag in the US.
Specs-wise, the Phab2 Plus is powered by Mediatek's MT8783 chipset and sports a 6.4-inch HD display. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, as well as a 4,050mAh battery. In terms of camera, the phone features a 13MP/8MP combo. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
